Our International Women’s Day event was the Consortium’s first in-person event. It featured remarks from Consortium leading members, Dr. Shirley Graham, and speaker and GWU visiting professor Muqaddesa Yourish, who spoke about the crisis in Afghanistan and the invaluable role of women and the importance of listening to Afghan voices.
